Threads of different sizes meander according to the booming equipment, and are made into fabrics. The fabric is cut and sewn into various computer bags. Threads of different materials and sizes are produced according to different sorting standards, and the fabrics produced according to different sorting standards will also have great differences in versatility. This is the root of the different versatility of backpacks. The function of the fabric determines the characteristics of the backpack, whether it is moisture-proof, scratch-resistant, and wear-resistant, or it is ultra-light, thin, and stretchable. In addition, the quality of the fabric directly determines the quality and price of the backpack.
What is the difference between backpack fabrics? We must first understand the raw materials of backpack fabrics, that is, the raw materials of the threads used to weave fabrics. There are five most common types: nylon, spandex, polyester, leather and white canvas.
“Nylon”
Nylon is the most widely used backpack at this stage. Also translated as nylon. The English name Polyamide (commonly known as PA) is a general term for thermoplastics with repeated fluorobenzene functional groups—[NHCO]—on the carbon chain of the molecular structure. Contains cycloaliphatic PA, body fat – cycloaliphatic PA and cycloaliphatic PA. Among them, alicyclic PA has many types, large production capacity and wide application, and its name is determined by the actual number of oxygen atoms formed.
The broad advantages of this type of raw material depend on:
1. It is very easy to clean, machine washable, and the drying time is three times faster than that of cotton. It only needs light ironing or no ironing, is not easy to deform, and has obvious anti-aging ability;
2. Good character, extraordinary resilience, especially light, strong water absorption, flame retardant, and can also improve characteristics through coating, pollution and other processing techniques.
Only part of the cloth is shared today. Polyester fabrics are divided into two categories, pure polyester fabrics and blended polyester fabrics. Pure polyester fabrics are rarely mentioned. Blended polyester fabrics are fabrics woven by mixing braided threads with threads of other materials.
