When using, tighten the waist belt so that the crotch bears the most gravity, and relax the shoulder belt so that the top of the shoulder belt is at an angle of 45-60 degrees. It is very easy to walk like this without carrying anything on your back. If there are many or all heavy objects, they can be placed evenly. The chest strap should be buckled and tightened so that the backpacker does not have a feeling of falling back.
When walking, pull the adjustment belt between the shoulder strap and the mountaineering bag with both hands. Lean your body forward slightly, so that the gravity is actually on the waist and hips when walking, and there is no pressure on the back. In case of emergencies, the upper limbs can be handled flexibly. When there are too many items to fit in the mountaineering bag, tents, sleeping bags, moisture-proof pads, etc. can be placed outside the mountaineering bag and fixed with external straps.
When the terrain is different, the plug-in parts are also different. For example, when drilling into the jungle, don’t develop to high places. There are also skills in carrying heavy bags on the shoulders. Put the hiking bag at a certain height, and put your shoulders into the shoulder straps. It is more convenient to lean forward and stand up on your legs.
When there is no high place to put it, lift the mountaineering bag with both hands. Place on one knee (facing the harness). Then control the bag with one hand, grab the shoulder strap with the other hand and turn quickly, so that one arm enters the shoulder strap, so that the other arm enters much easier.
In rapids and steep sections, rope protection must be provided. When passing without protection, the shoulder straps should be loosened, and the waist belt and chest strap should be opened so that in case of danger, the person bag can be separated as quickly as possible.
